In the MindManager's Export Toolbar you'll see a new icon, for JCVGantt Pro 2
click
it and JCVGantt Pro 2 will appear
Now here's an important tip – Get used to used to using the key combination ALT + TAB. When you press that you can flip back and forth between JCVGantt and MindManager.
Try pressing ALT + TAB a few times until you're comfortable, then switch to MindManager.
In MindManager, in the center topic enter "Things I need to do this week"

Now let's try something radical!
Flip MindManager 6 into "Brainstorm mode" by clicking "Start
Brainstorm" on the tools menu

Your screen will look like this:

Now click once in the "Enter all your ideas" box, then start typing this rapid fire!
· Write user's manual (press Enter after each line)
·
Send to printer
· Send install to CD manufacturer
· Call distributors
· Go to sales meeting
· Call Debbie
Notice that MindManager creates topics for everything you type
Now, Click "enter group names" and type "Must do", "Delegate" and "Low priority" in the first three boxes and click Ok

This wil appear… so drag and drop the tasks you brainstormed onto Must do, Delegate and Low Priority

Now drag Groups over to the main topic and click
It should look something like this
Now… ALT TAB over to JCVGantt and you'll see

Wow! Everything you brainstormed was typed automatically into JCVGantt.
Click this menu item in the Options menu

Note that all the colors copied over!

All you have to do is use the techniques you learned in the 20-minute Quick Start and you can turn that weeks plan into a nice Gantt chart that looks like this…
Now… pick any task and set the Percent of that task to 100%
Go take a peek at the mindmap!
Note that the 100% turned into a checkmark, and that the dependencies show up as relationships.
In fact, anything you change in one program…changes in the other. This is called "Real time synchronization" and is a central feature of JCVGantt Pro 2
