Step 2 - Install it,
run it. In Settings
menu, Open "Recipient Send Settings"
Step 3 - Click New to create a new
recipient called "I and A " and set "Email address" to
transcription@iaresearch.com
Step 4 - Click OK and Close.

You're now ready to transcribe. Simply click
Record...and start recording. When you're done click "Send" and an e-mail
containing the audio will be sent. Within 24 hours, your transcription will be
sent back to your e-mail.

Restrictions and Limitations
- Free Demonstration
- We'll transcribe up to 5 minutes of audio
to
demonstrate our excellent service.
After that convenient biweekly billing of
your credit card will allow you to keep track of costs as they occur.
- Text
must be in the English language.
- Payment is by the hour of actual work, not the dictation
time, which is generally significantly longer than tape time as transcription is managed
by slowing down the tape by a factor of from 3x to 5x. It typically takes 4-5
hours per hour of recorded tape.
- Valid Transcription formats
are :
wav, mp3, dict(encryption dictation), ra
and rm (RealAudio), sri (VoiceIt) dss (Olympus, Lanier and
Grundig, au, aif, mp2, compressed wav(including PCM, uLaw, ALaw,
ADPCM, CELT, SBC, Windows Media, DSP TrueSpeech, GSM 6.10)
Philips Digital Recorder format, Sanyo Digital Recorder format
and more.
