Project Pages Toolbar
This toolbar permits you to change the displayed project view between 7 possible views:
 Gantt
View |
Shows the project as an interactive Gantt Bar Graph

 Project
Grid View |
Shows the project in a grid data entry format on an "excel-
like" spreadsheet.

 Resource
Grid View |
Allows you to edit Resource definitions
|
 Total
Cost View |
Shows "live" total cost calculationsof the project
|
 Field
Names View |
Allows you to rename fields and create drop-down lists
|
 User
Sheets View |
10 Spreadsheets that you can use to create your own
reports
|
 Calendar
Dialog |
A dialog that allows you to set working and non-working
days.
|
To use it, simply click through the icons...in fact, please click between them often,
and get used to
doing this!
It's a critical skill you'll need to use the system.
