One major feature of JCVGantt Pro when used with MindManager X5 is the
Total
Synchronization between the two products.
- Edit something in MindManager...it
immediately appears in JCVGantt.
- Edit something in JCVGantt... it immediately
appears in MindManager.
This may sound like an unusual state of affairs, but the two programs have such unusual
and useful
views of information, that we find ourselves constantly switching back and forth, and eventually
discovering which program is the best suited to our work styles.
One thing you need to understand about it, is that all changes are stored in MindManager's
data
model.
This means that when you save a MindManager file, you're also saving all the Gantt
chart
information along with it.
This also means that you've got ONE file holding TWO VIEWS of the same information.
