You can hide fields in the Project and Resources grid that are not relevant to your project. This can simplify a difficult to read page into something you can actually use

Right click on the Projects Grid and select the Hide/Show option...then check or uncheck the columns you want to see,

The order in which you enter data is a personal affair. Slide the titles in the Project or Resource grid to the left or right to place them in another location.
