In a project, the term Resources means anyone or anything that aids the project.

You can list the people involved in a project or the components you need to purchase to make it happen.

In general Resources have a "cost", "schedule" and "load".

For example, a lawyer may charge $150/hour, be available for 1 week and be able to work at 50% load.

In a typical 40 hour week this would mean 20 hours or $3000 (lawyers, eh?).

Or, you might build a house that requires a $10,000 roof that takes 2 weeks to build.
