Select the Resources Tab, select the Resource you want to remove right click on the grid and select Delete.

You'll also note the resource disappears from ALL the tasks that referred to the resource...so be careful.

Select each item with a resource and in the Task Info pane, delete the Resources entry you wish to get rid of.

Do the same operation for every item that has the resource
