Export to Excel
To Export to Excel there are two ways to do it:
    • File->Export All To Excel...
    • File->Export Sheet...
The first exports all spreadsheet grids to one Excel XLS file.
The 2nd exports only the sheet you're currently viewing to an Excel XLS file.
In both cases, selecting the menu causes a File Save As dialog to appear allowing you to name the file.
Once written you can immediately open the file in Excel to see the results.
