Let's get creative! The author recently had walls added to his unfinished basement
and prepared an
estimate of how much it was going to cost.
Had the carpenters involved had access to JCVGantt, they could have created a gorgeous
quote
like this:
Your creativity can run wild with your own spreadsheets.
One easy way to get data into your own spreadsheet is to Copy any cell or group of
cells from any
other spreadsheet in your project and use Paste Link (right click + Paste Link) to paste the data
into your new sheet.
From then on you can go wild using the formatting toolbar on top.
Select any cell or group of cells and you can change font size, color, bold, italic,
underline,
foreground, background color as you would in Excel or any other Microsoft Office program.
The "refresh" icon
is used to refresh data that has changed, but hasn't shown up on your
spreadsheet. Generally it's used rarely because data updates automatically in most cases.
