Open the Properties Dialog

Click the [x] Automatic checkbox to toggle automatic color mode.

When "automatic" is checked, the task's colors are linked so that changing brush colors in MindManager affects the Gantt and vice versa.

Setting "automatic" to unchecked allows you to enforce a specific color from the gantt chart independent from MindManager's brush color.
