When you register for our online training programs, you download a secure web-browser. Any information taken to get permission to download this browser is held in strictest confidence. You identify your own username and password and the access of  this password is only given to channels for which you subscribe. This personal information is only used for internal identification and administrative purposes. We do not share this information with any third party. Personal information is stored on our secure servers and is only accessible by authorized personnel with the following exception.

Please note: Texas State Technical College authorized personnel will have access to your personal information and email address. It is their intention to include your information as part of their normal record keeping policies. They may also contact you to get your feedback on the CanTrainOnline system, content and service.

Cookies: A cookie is used to store your login information. A cookie is a small text file, stored on your computer's hard drive, that can be read by our system when you return to our site. In addition, we use cookies to keep track of you as you move through our site and the courses so that you can take advantage of the features of our system  which are only available through the use of cookies. Credit Card information: Should you purchase by credit card, this information is stored in a separate and secure online payment system maintained by our strategic partner I and A Research Inc. The highest privacy and security standards are applied to the use of this system. This information will not be given to any unauthorized individuals.
